We just had a going away party with a lively group of about 25 and your service was fabulous! It was a lot to keep up with and we appreciate Justin’s hard work, as well as those who assisted him. Very accommodating, great food, and good atmosphere. I’ll be the first to recommend FSB to anyone planning a group event in the future! Thanks so much!
i just wanted to say that i was visiting my daughter who is a marine during the week of july 4th. she took me to the riverfront and we had trouble deciding were to eat…your sample menu got me with the white cheddar ale soup….well…we were not disappointed…we decided to share about 5 items on the menu from apps to dessert….the food was fantastic (and i eat out often) now i am back with my boyfriend and we are coming to the waterfront again this weekend and we will be back because i still cant forget my first visit…obviously it wont be the last visit…btw i am from an area in wilmington, delaware where brew house restaurants are common and good…but i am impressed with yous! thanks see you on saturday! 8/6/11
Thank you for a great dining experiencc! The “loaded potato salad” was unreal!!!! Please, somebody show some mercy and send me the recipe! Best meal we had while in North Carolina!

Although I am a domestic beer drinker, I do enjoy the food. I have been coming to FSB every Friday for the last year and what I am missing on Fridays is Jessica behind the bar. Friendly, courteous and knows when and what I want. She is always on the ball.
I just have to say that I visited this restaurant with my husband for dinner last Friday night and you guys were awesome! The service at the bar with Jessica and I’m sorry I don’t know the Guys name he was a Blonde guy. I remember Jessica because she mainly waited on us. We had a blast and then she told us since we only had one night to check out the free band on Water Street and boy it was fun! You guys were slammed but the bar staff made sure that we were taken care of. We returned after the band and thanked Jessica for being so great and making our boring business trip fun for us! Your place was great all around, the food, bar staff, beer, and martini’s! Keep up the good work.
My Husband and I were visiting downtown Wilmington on your vacation down the coast and we were told to stop by The Brewery for some good food and beer. When we arrived, the restaurant was extremely busy but there were seats at the bar. So we waited at the bar for the table, the bar staff were so nice. I remember Jessica and Spencer. Jessica told us we could sit at the bar and eat instead of waiting and that was a great idea. She explained the beer to us and let us sample each one and told us what we should try out with the menu. I am not a beer drinker but my husband is and his favorite was the IPA so we bought a jug of it that Jessica sold to us. For those of you that don’t sit at the bar and prefer a table I think you should reconsider next time at the Brewery. The Bar staff is great, they remember you and your drink and they welcome you back anytime. I come into Front Street 2-3 days a week for lunch. Today I decided to try another local restaurant downtown and was very dissapointed in the service and food. I should have known to keep my loyalty to Front Street. I always sit at the bar and have come to get to know Kathy the bartender fairly well. She always accomodates my requests whether its for the food, beer, or changing the tvs for me. I usually don’t email or write to talk about my experiences at restaurants, however, today my experience at the other establishment was so bad I thought you should know how awesome your employee is and she is one of the main reasons I keep coming back! Not just for the beer!! I hope your business lets her and other employees know when people think they are doing a great job! Thank you Front Street!
I have been a loyal customer since 2008. I have always enjoyed my times at Front Street Brewery! The bartenders(Joe, Jessica, Kathy, Spencer, and Ronda) are the best in town! They always go out of their way for us as customers. The waitstaff is just as good! Love Justin, Yasmin, and Anna. They always provide great service when we don’t sit at the bar. That is why we keep coming back. The beer is outstanding too! Kevin is just an awesome brewmaster! Keep up the good work. I appreciate all his hard work! Thanks to the staff at Front Street Brewery for being there! You truly make our visits enjoyable!
I decided to try FSB lunch specials for my B-DAY Jan. 4th.Great price and quantity for 5.99!! The bartender went out of her way,I asked about upstairs and she even showed it to me.Great atmosphere and food…good beer as well.Ronda is the Sweetest and Cutest bartender around.I’ll be back!!! I love the old building,it’s even close to PARKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just loved the front street brewery! we were visiting wilmington this past week and almost spent every night with you guys. The best beer, food and the service was awesome! everyone was so friendly ! we loved the BBQ sauce you guys make. See ya next time with visit.
My mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I were down checking out the area this past weekend for a up coming vacation in June. We had dinner here Saturday night, and we LOVED it. I will be visiting again. That brings me to my question. We will be in the area from June 12-19, and there will be about 18 of us. I was wondering if you do reservations or if you could accomidate such a big party. We have several in our party, that due to age and back problems, can’t do stairs, so downstairs would be the best if possible. We would also like to know the best day of the week for you to be able to accomidate such a large group. Thank you and keep up the GREAT FOOD. By the way, our waitress, Cassie, was awesome.
Love the beer, food, and great atmosphere. Just wanted to know if you will be bringing back the best beer I have tasted. Its a French beer called Biere De Guarde.

my family recently traveled through Wilmington on vacation. We had dinner in your pub, in light of the intense competition of restaurants in the downtown / Riverwalk area. We had a fantastic experience, and I am hopeful of returning to Wilmington.
I grew up in Kansas City MO, and consider myself something of an expert in Barbeque Ribs. Your Scottish Ale ribs are fantastic, and I have wished to repeat that meal several times since our visit.
Your menu offers something for everyone, including the picky eaters in any family (trust me, I put my picky eater child up against anybody else’s, but she was happy and enjoyed her meal as the highlight of our vacation dinners).
Cheers, well done, and add another fan to your list !!

My friend lives in Wilmington and her birthday was this past weekend! Four of us drove down from Ohio to help her celebrate! We had dinner at your place and it was FANTASTIC! The drinks, the appetizers, and the entrees for delicious! I WILL be back! Keep up the good work!

Hey! We missed the ferry from Ft Fisher to Southport, so we took the long way and stopped in for lunch. And boy are we glad we did. Last time we were there was a couple-few years ago, and we weren’t very impressed. But now, NOW, things are different. The beer was tasty (we had 2 samplers) — really good examples of each style. (I’m sad there wasn’t a Belgian available that day.) The food was very good. I’m not one to sauce pulled pork (let the meat do the talking!), but the Scottish Ale sauce was very very good. The 5.99 lunch special is genius, and seemed like a good value. The wait-staff was friendly and competent. Our compliments to the brewer, chef, and management. You’ve got a really good thing going — we hope it works out for you. Good luck!
Had dinner at Front Street Brewery last Tuesday with my family. The service was great and the food was amazing. The kitchen staff seemed to give an extra effort and I really think they care about the consumer. Great Job! Thank you kitchen staff!

All I have to say is FSB is the BEST!!!! Everything…from the pulled chicken nachos (which are to die for) to the rasberry wheat (just the perfect way to end a day at work) to the Fish and chips (which are the perfect meal to satisfy a seafood craving)….it’s all just WONDERFUL! and not to mention the atmosphere and the great music on thursdays-saturdays! You guys definitely have got it “GOIN ON”!!!!!!!!
Great job on the new site! I’ve been to the brewery twice now while on vacation with my wife, and we had a great experience both times. Keep up the good work!
