Seasonal
BELGIAN GOLDEN
A light bodied Belgian Golden Ale. The yeast used is what sets this beer apart from English, German or American beers. The aroma a mixture of fruit and citrus. It is lightly hopped with English hops giving it minimal hop flavor and aroma. 5.5% ABV
KOLSH
This beer is the favored beer of Cologne, Germany. Light bodied and light in color. Unlike most German beers Kolsch is an ale, not a lager. This ale is lightly hopped and has some fruity aroma’s due to the yeast strain used. 4.8% ABV
OATMEAL STOUT
An English style Sweet Stout with the addition of Flaked Oats. This ale is lightly hopped and has a healthy addition of Chocolate malt to give this Stout its signature color. This beer is medium bodied and has a nice roast finish. The oats help lend a smooth finish. English Beers rot your teeth. I’m serious. 5.3 % ABV.
OKTOBERFEST
An Amber colored German Lager traditionally released in time for the Oktoberfest celebration in Munich, Germany. FSB’s version is full bodied with a sweet malt finish followed by a bit of toffee flavor. German Noble hops were used sparingly to give just a touch of hop flavor and aroma. Last week some German guy was extremely intoxicated after drinking all day at the Oktoberfest in Munich and managed to get himself stuck in a chimney for 12 hours. 5.8% ABV
BIERE DE GARDE
A French farmhouse ale. This beer is the French cousin of a Belgian Saison. Both were brewed for the farmhands so they had something to drink during the harvest. Biere de Garde means Beer to store or beer to keep. Our version is light amber in color. It’s left unfiltered. This ale has a nice malt flavor with very subdued hop bitterness and flavor. The yeast used gives this beer a nice fruity aroma and flavor. Enjoy. 7.4% ABV
